  • Baklava Cafe

    • Mushroom Mezze Melt - Sautéed oyster mushrooms, arugula, dairy-free mozzarella, caramelized onions, and roasted red bell peppers on sourdough ciabatta with a smoky eggplant and red pepper spread. Served with house-made pickles.

    • Green Garden Toast - Creamy plant-based cheese, basil pesto, avocado, pickled onions, and fresh microgreens on toasted sourdough

    • Berry & Pistachio Baklava - Flaky layers of phyllo, filled with sweet berries and crunchy pistachios, drizzled with syrup.

    • Spiced Banana Bread - Moist banana bread with rich tahini and toasted hazelnuts

    • Harvest Taco Trio - 3 tacos made served on fresh corn tortillas with nopal, portobello mushrooms and mix of thin sliced onions and peppers

    • Stuffed Grilled Artichoke Hearts - Oyster, crimini and shiitake mushroom stuffing and roasted red pepper sauce

    • Mushroom Risotto - Vegetable stock, dairy-free butter, shallots, bay leaves, mushrooms, arborio rice

    • Pasta Primavera - gluten free pasta, seasonal veggies, garlic & oil

    • Mediterranean Bowl - Toasted couscous, beluga lentils, roasted fennel, shallots, pomegranate seeds, toasted almonds, hummus and arugula, served with pita bread

    • Pistachio Crusted Tofu - Soy-marinated tofu, sweet potato puree, mushroom fricassee and sherry agrodolce

    • Grilled Vegetable Stack - Grilled Eggplant, zucchini, onion, tomato, roasted peppers and tofu with an olive oil sundried tomato dressing.

    • Rigatoni Con Rabe - Rigatoni, broccoli rabe, coconut cream, tomato puree, garlic, red chili pepper

    • Roasted Carrot + Lentil Soup - Coconut cashew crema, spiced chickpeas

    • Chocolate Brownie - With coconut gelato & coconut caramel

    • Citrus Zen Sushi - Mango, cucumber, asparagus, broccoli and a yuzu sauce.
